Production of time and frequency standards

   Rubidium frequency standards at JSC RUKNAR are developed and manufactured using components for surface mounting and modern materials. This makes it possible to achieve small size and weight with low power consumption. The use of components from world leaders in the industry allows to develop high reliable instruments with excellent metrological characteristics.

   All the manufactured frequency standards passing a tecnological running in continuous 240-hour round-the-clock mode. During the test, all basic parameters are checked. These parameters are: the level of the atomic resonance signal, the control voltage of VCXO, the level of the photocurrent from the spectral source, and others. The automated measuring system allows simultaneous measurement of metrological parameters such as frequency deviation, drift, Allan variance. After that, the devices pass a quality check procedure in accordance with the technical documentation. Before shipping each frequency comparator passes the initial certification as a measuring device in the Federal Center for Standardization in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, with the issuance of the certificate.
