   The company JSC "RUKNAR" was founded in 1997 by leading specialists of scientific companies of Nizhny Novgorod. The company specializes in the development and production of rubidium time and frequency standards, frequency comparators and measuring devices based on them. Another field of activity is development and production of test equipment, thermal test chambers and highly specialized equipment for electronic components testing. The company provides service maintenance and repair of rubidium frequency standards and reference oscillators of all domestic and most of the foreign manufacturers, including thereplacement of optical elements.

   The original circuit engineering and design solutions, most of them have no analogues abroad, allow the creation of equipment with the metrological characteristics, located at the level of the leading manufacturers of measuring technique. The exclusive right to the software supplied with the devices owned by JSC "RUKNAR".

   The company can produce the quantum optical elements for this class of rubidium frequency standards of all domestic and most of the foreign manufacturers. The company has the ability and manufactures optical elements on technical requirements and specifications of the customer.

   The own renewed technological base of JSC "RUKNAR" is built on a modern vacuum and vacuum­ measuring equipment of global industry leaders production — companies Pfeiffer Vacuum, HTC, Setra, Granville­Phillips. It is the foundation for the development and manufacture of precision quantum electronic parts (optical elements), which are the heart of each rubidium reference oscillator and frequency standard.
